On June 5, 2020 the Hunterdon County Education Association will hold our sixth annual Friends of Education Gala at Razberry’s Caterers in Frenchtown where we will honor three individuals who’ve made a significant contribution to public education in Hunterdon County. We need your help in our honoree search. The nominee can be active or retired NJEA/HCEA or local association member, an administrator, a past or present student, a PTO member, a Board of Education member, an elected official, a parent or concerned citizen- anyone- who has made a significant contribution to public education in a school, a district or the county public school system at large. For example:

  • Volunteerism

  • Helping individuals or groups of students

  • Improving a school or district in some unique way

  • Raising awareness of public education or a particular cause associated with a school
